Instroak VOL. III

We can say that this is a spin-off of a previous project. In 2019, Larraitz Zuazo directed the documentary Bai Bagara, and musician Joseba B. Lenoir created the soundtrack for that project. Afterwards, Larraitz incorporated images of Joseba’s songs into the documentary, based on archive images.

Larraitz carried out the editing as if it were a rehearsal, following only the advanced route as a rule, and presenting a search for play between image and sound for each of the songs on the album. Although the project’s goal was a live audiovisual performance, the pandemic put an end to this final phase.
